Our company manufactures technology and products for financial regulatory reporting in relatively new sound to risk-based principles, for financial regulators (central banks and supervisory agencies) and for financial undertakings (insurance companies, pension funds, banks).
At this stage of company development, we are committed to standardisation to be able to maintain and enhance our highest degree of professionalism and quality, so as a part of this process, we are seeking project management professionals with the aspiration to become portfolio/programme manager in the future.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 3+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
- Strong communication skills (in person and in writing)
- Experience working with a teams in standardised and high performing environments
- Trained in ANSI or other relevant PM standard
- Experience in managing compliance or regulatory reporting in delivering software product/projects in financial sector
- Experienced with ITIL or other IT relevant process framework
- Familiarity with manufacturing process in developing SW products
- Direct and oversee completion of the project
- Develop a plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
- Assess risks and establish contingency plans
- Manage work and inputs from a variety of stakeholders
- To be compliant with processes and controls for PM function
- Project and Stakeholder formal reporting
- To asses and further develop PM function and current standards
