We are looking for a Senior React Developer who will help us further develop our system for regulatory reporting and create a globally successful product in one of the fastest-growing areas in the financial industry today.

- 4+ years of experience with React
- 4+ years of experience with JavaScript ES6
- Very good knowledge of Typescript
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS-a (Flexbox, Grid)
- Experience with one of the state management framework (mobx, redux or other)
- Excellent knowledge of Git
- Experience working in an agile environments
- Know how to write maintainable and well-tested code that adheres to the best practice, with emphasis on performance, scalability and user experience
- Strong product-focused mindset and honest interest in solving users’ pain points
- Positive attitude and the motivation for sharing knowledge with your teammates
- You are curious about how things work, always looking to improve code quality, development process etc.
- Self-driven with the ability to independently propose solutions and deliver high-quality outputs
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn new things
- Good communication skills
- You have very good English language skills (at least Level B2)
- Experience working with Webpack, React Hooks and all new functionalities that came with version 16.8
- You have also worked on backend development
- Big plus if you have experience with OpenAPI
- If you participated in building the product from the ground up
- If you see yourself in a team lead position in the future
- Build a product with a clear roadmap
- Develop new product functionalities and upgrading existing
- Actively support the entire lifecycle of features you build
- Participating in architectural designs of features
- Do code reviews and assuring the best quality of the product through collaboration with the rest of the team
- Proactively identify technical debt and product areas that require attention or an upgrade
- Continuously review the frontend development process and determine the improvement areas
